The Provincial Executive Committees (PECs) of CONTRALESA serve as the highest decision-making bodies at the provincial level. They are instrumental in implementing national policies, coordinating provincial activities, and ensuring that the voices of traditional leaders are heard in provincial governance structures.

• Conflict Resolution: Addressing disputes within traditional communities and between traditional leaders.
